Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of butter (divided in two)
- 1 pd peeled and divined shrimp
- 1 pd lump crab meat
- 1pd sea scallops
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
-
2 tablespoons MOTHER'S BLEND Garlic Powder
-
6 tablespoons MOTHER’S BLEND Cajun Creole Seasoning (divided)
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- green onion (for garnish)
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, toss with a bit of olive oil, and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter.
Toss seafood with MOTHER'S Cajun Creole Seasoning and add to skillet. Cook and stir for 4-7 minutes, until shrimp is opaque.
Transfer seafood to a dish and cover to keep warm.
Without cleaning out the skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in MOTHER'S Garlic Powder for 1 minute until fragrant.
Gradually whisk in milk, then chicken broth.
Add parmesan cheese and salt and stir until parmesan is dissolved and sauce has thickened.
Add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and remaining cajun seasoning. Adjust seasoning to desired taste.
Add cooked fettuccine noodles to the skillet and return seafood to the skillet. Give it a good toss.
Top with chopped green onion or parsley and parmesan cheese (optional).
Recipe Note
Add a salad and garlic bread for complete meal!
