Orange-Crusted Honey-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 6-ounce skinless salmon filets, each
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder

6 tablespoons MOTHER’S BLEND Orange Pepper SeasoningAdd To Cart
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- ½ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Orange (sliced for garnish)
Directions
- Pat salmon filets dry and season with salt, pepper and garlic on both sides.
- Coat the top side of each salmon with Mother’s Blend Orange Pepper.
- Heat oil and then add butter.
- Add filets and sear coated side for 3 minutes. Flip and sear for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Add garlic to pan and sauté for 1 minute. Deglaze pan with orange juice, honey and soy sauce. Add red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Adjust to your liking.
- Bring to simmer until reduced and thickened. Return salmon (coated side up) to pan and continually baste.
- Continue cooking until desired doneness
